Welcome to Morgan-Williams. If you have any questions about your order or shipping information, you’ve come to the right place!

Account information

If this is your first time shopping with us, you’ll need user registration details. To set up your registration details, please call our order desk at (905) 696-0226 for Eastern Canada or (778) 291-2636 for Western Canada. Alternatively, please email order@morganwilliams.ca.

To set up a wholesale account with Morgan-Williams International Inc., customers must complete an application form and provide a valid business registration number.

Please note that Morgan-Williams supplies wholesale accounts only. For individual product enquiries, please contact our order desk and we’d be happy to assist you with finding the products you love!

Information about your order

Through our secure payment page, you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, and Interac e-Transfer.

All invoices must be pre-paid via Visa, Mastercard or Interac e-Transfer prior to arranging delivery or shipping terms.

Most orders are processed within 48 hours.

Every effort will be made to ensure that you receive your orders with the highest level of availability possible, however we cannot guarantee 100% order fulfilment. Please contact your sales representative in order to discuss any associated shipping or delivery fees.

For orders of large case quantities per product/SKU, please note that we may require additional time in order to make stock available.

Once you order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email once your product is on its way to you. If you selected a tracked shipping option at checkout, you’re shipping confirmation email will feature a tracking number for your convenience.

We can’t guarantee that you’ll be able cancel your order once it has been placed, as it will depend on whether we’ve already fulfilled your order. If you realize after placing your order that you ordered the wrong item or quantity, please get in touch with us at order@morganwilliams.ca or (905) 696-0226 (for Eastern Canada orders) or (778) 291-2626 (for Western Canada orders) and we’ll see what we can do to help you.

No returns will be accepted without the invoice number and date of purchase of the goods. There is a restocking charge of 10% unless an item is defective or incorrect merchandise is received through error on our part. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will correct the error immediately. No returns will be accepted on code dated products. Due to market, manufacturing, and currency fluctuations, sizes and products are subject to change without notice.

Morgan-Williams guarantees dating of three months on all products.

We are not responsible for loss or breakage during shipping. If you suspect any damage, mark the bill of lading “subject to inspection of damage” or open the goods immediately in front of the carrier. Send a copy of the bill of lading and our invoice reference immediately with information about the damage. A picture taken of the damage and emailed to us will expedite your claim. Please note that any claim for short shipment of goods must be made within 48 hours of the receipt of goods.

On the rare occasion that we need to cancel part or all of an order, our team will get in touch with you to update you on the situation and offer to replace or refund your missing items.

Shipping information

Currently we only ship within Canada.

Morgan-Williams customers are placed under a specific zone for shipping. Alternatively, we offer free warehouse pick-up after 48 hours on zone-based shipping.

We ship everywhere across Canada except for Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and other remote areas. You will be contacted prior to shipping if you are in one of these other remote areas.

Elsewhere, full-service accounts are subject to a $750 minimum order value nationwide.

For all orders being shipped to residential addresses, you are responsible for any additional charges as determined by the arranged courier. We will not deliver to a PO Box.

Shipping times vary based on the shipping courier used, however most orders are fulfilled on our end within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
