Morgan-Williams customers are placed under a specific zone for shipping. Alternatively, we offer free warehouse pick-up after 48 hours on zone-based shipping.

We ship everywhere across Canada except for Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and other remote areas. You will be contacted prior to shipping if you are in one of these other remote areas.

Elsewhere, full-service accounts are subject to a $750 minimum order value nationwide.

For all orders being shipped to residential addresses, you are responsible for any additional charges as determined by the arranged courier. We will not deliver to a PO Box.

Through our secure payment page, you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, and Interac e-Transfer.

All invoices must be pre-paid via Visa, Mastercard or Interac e-Transfer prior to arranging delivery or shipping terms.

Most orders are processed within 48 hours.

Every effort will be made to ensure that you receive your orders with the highest level of availability possible, however we cannot guarantee 100% order fulfilment. Please contact your sales representative in order to discuss any associated shipping or delivery fees.

For orders of large case quantities per product/SKU, please note that we may require additional time in order to make stock available.

Once you order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email once your product is on its way to you. If you selected a tracked shipping option at checkout, you’re shipping confirmation email will feature a tracking number for your convenience.
